Interest & Events Council (IEC)

The IEC sponsors events that emphasize the importance of our employees and their families and cultures, while clearly communicating and reinforcing the importance of the work we do at BPMI and our role in supporting the NNPP.

Community Affairs Committee (CAC)

The CAC exists to provide BPMI employees with opportunities to support their surrounding communities, both through time and financial contributions.

9/80 Work Schedule

BPMI Holiday Schedule

BPMI offers its employees a generous holiday schedule consisting of eight scheduled holidays and two individually selected floating holidays.

Two individually selected floating holidays*

* An employee who begins work before July 1 of the calendar year is eligible for two floating holidays. An employee who begins work between July 1 and September 30 is eligible for one floating holiday. An employee who begins work between October and December is not eligible for a floating holiday until after January 1 of the next year.
