Administrative Assistant

Duties Work closely with personnel to organize and coordinate tasks, including meetings, trips, and special visitors. Maintain databases. File and distribute internal and external correspondence. Perform special projects and other clerical duties as required.
Experience Strong writing and communications skills a must. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work well with others. Good problem-solving skills. Experience with Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to maintain web pages.
Degree Associates Degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Administrative Information Technology strongly preferred with consideration given for equivalent certification program
Travel Limited (less than 5%)

U.S. citizenship required.   Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
