Power Plant Engineer

Duties

Overview the operations of small, closed loop fluid system test facility in Mishawaka, Indiana. Responsibilities include supervision of valve flow testing operations, development and implementation of a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, review and development of test loop procedures, ensuring compliance with ASME Code requirements, implementation of environmental and quality assurance requirements, and acting as liaison with home office engineering staff.

Experience 

 

Minimum five years

Experience working in a power plant environment with good working knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel and Power Piping codes. Familiarity with power plant operations, maintenance, quality assurance and piping system design is desirable. Indiana PE license is preferred.

Degree

B.S. or M.S. in degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Travel

Occasional (less than 10%)

 U.S. citizenship required.
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
